How do I create a customer account – Firstly welcome to the Max Benjamin family! Click the person icon in the top right corner and fill in your details, We’ll send you an email asking to verify your account. Once you receive this, click the link in your email to confirm it’s you. When your account is set up you will be able to see your orders and delivery details. You will be able to log in here for every purchase going forward and see your previous purchase details.

I have forgotten my password – don’t worry we understand that there are so many passwords to remember these days so if you forget just click on the lost password link and fill in your details and we will send you a new password.

How do I update my personal details – log into your account and click into the account details section to update your personal details.

Can I change my shipping and payment address – yes, log into your account and go into the addresses section here you can add and remove an address.

Why am I not receiving Max Benjamin emails – oh no this is not good! If you have signed up please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t signed up please do so through the subscribe button on our homepage.

How do I unsubscribe from Max Benjamin emails – we will be sorry to see you go but all of our emails have an unsubscribe button at the bottom click this and you will be removed from our mailing list.
